About Us
Our agency is an established and respected Strata Management company managing strata schemes throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. We also provide onsite building management to our larger strata schemes via our building management arm, Executive Building Management.
Customer service is our priority. Our aim is to listen to and consider the requirements of owners and shareholders to ensure that we retain business and maintain ongoing professional relationships.
We are licensed to manage all types of strata schemes in NSW, and our diverse and experienced team have backgrounds in law, insurance, banking, property, and accounting, which ensures that your strata building is managed with care and professionalism.
We also provide advisory services to developers of new strata schemes relating to townhouses, residential units, commercial/rental projects, and mixed-use (residential/commercial) buildings, as well as neighbourhood and community titles.

Paul Tran
Principal Licensee, CPAPaul has been involved in the property and finance industry for over 25 years, commencing his career in banking and insurance. Prior to managing Executive Group, Paul held executive positions in the Commercial Property Finance Division and Risk Management Division for a major Australian bank. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a member of CPA Australia.
Madeline Nicotra
Business Manager, Strata ManagementMadeline is a fully licenced strata manager and has a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS and has been with the Executive Strata team for 4 years. She has over 11 years’ experience in providing expert professional and administrative services and 7 years’ experience working in the property industry, including in the United States of America
